Care that meets you where you are

Your identity and your relationships belong here

You deserve to feel understood and respected—in who you are, how you identify, and whom you love. We offer affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals, including trans and nonbinary patients, and people in polyamorous and ethically nonmonogamous relationships.

Care that honors your culture and lived experience

Your experiences of race, culture, family, and community matter. We support BIPOC patients with care that makes room for the impact of racism, the complexity of identity, and the patterns carried across generations—with curiosity and respect for what these experiences mean to you.

Therapy that works with your mind

You deserve support that respects how you think, feel, communicate, and experience the world. For autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent patients, we adapt therapy to your needs and strengths, creating space to unmask, understand yourself, and find approaches that work in your everyday life.

A clear place to start

  1. Request a time

Open our secure scheduling page. Select a practitioner, an initial session, and an available time. For an adolescent referral, contact us first.

  2. Wait for confirmation

Your request needs to be confirmed before it is placed on the schedule. We’ll follow up about next steps and any information needed before your visit.

  3. Come as you are

The first session is a chance to get to know each other, discuss what brought you in, and consider what you want from therapy. You do not need to have everything figured out.
