Who it's for: New clients, or anyone whose care team needs documentation to move forward.

Structured evaluations that help clarify a diagnosis or guide a treatment plan.

Group Counseling

Who it's for: Clients who benefit from peer support alongside individual work.

Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others who share similar experiences while learning new skills and perspectives. Guided by a therapist, members can work toward personal goals, build confidence, and feel less alone.
