What this policy covers

This policy describes how domusmundi.org collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to this website. It doesn’t cover the clinical records or protected health information created once you become a client — that’s addressed in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide, solely to respond to your inquiry. We don’t use that information for marketing, and we don’t sell or share it with third parties.

This site doesn’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only outside service this site connects to is Google Fonts, which loads typefaces from Google’s servers — Google’s own privacy policy governs that connection.

Patient portal

Our patient portal isn’t active yet. Once it launches, its own privacy and security practices — separate from this general site policy — will be described here and linked from this page.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable record-keeping afterward, then deleted.

Your choices

You’re always welcome to reach out directly by phone or email instead of using the contact form, if you’d rather not submit information through the website.

We’ll update this page if our practices change, and update the date above when we do.
