Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, HSA/FSA, and cash.

Service Rates

Standard (Self-Pay) Rates

Initial diagnostic assessment: $160
Standard 60 minute sessions: $140
Standard 45 minute sessions: $120

Note: Fee structures are revised yearly, and rates may change. Advanced notice is always provided at least 30 days prior to a change.

Therapeutic Legal Services

Domus Mundi charges $300 per hour for any work involving legal documentation or court/mediation attendance by a therapist. The therapist is also entitled to reimbursement for parking, gas, mileage, supplies, and equipment. Fees are determined from the time the therapist leaves to attend the legal proceeding until they arrive back at the office from that proceeding.

Cancelations

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours. The fee is $125.00 and cannot be paid for by insurance or an HSA.

Good Faith Estimate. Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before their first appointment. If your bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.

Superbills are available on request for out-of-network reimbursement.
