Cancellations & rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. The late-cancellation fee is $125 when less than 24 hours’ notice is given. This fee cannot be paid by insurance or an HSA.

Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, HSA/FSA, and cash.
Fee structures are reviewed yearly. At least 30 days’ advance notice is provided before a rate change.
Insurance & reimbursement
We will update our accepted insurance plans when paneling is finalized. Please confirm coverage and costs before starting care.

Superbills are available on request for out-of-network reimbursement.

Therapeutic legal services
Domus Mundi charges $300 per hour plus all reasonable expenses for any work involving legal documentation or court/mediation attendance by a therapist.
Good Faith Estimate. Under the No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before their first appointment. If your bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
