What this policy covers

This policy describes how domusmundi.org collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to this website. It doesn't cover the clinical records or protected health information created once you become a patient — that's addressed in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide, solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't use that information for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with third parties.

This site doesn't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Two outside services this site connects to: Google Fonts, which loads typefaces from Google's servers, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that contact-form submissions come from a person rather than automated spam. Each is governed by its own provider's privacy policy.

Patient portal

Our secure Patient Portal is provided by Sessions Health. Its privacy and security practices are separate from those of this public website. See the Sessions Health privacy policy for details.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable record-keeping afterward, then deleted.

Your choices

You're always welcome to reach out directly by phone or email instead of using the contact form, if you'd rather not submit information through the website.

We'll update this page if our practices change, and update the date above when we do.
